This Privacy Policy explains how Infinity Store ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the ThemeBox: Icons & Wallpapers mobile application (the "App", package com.themebox.wallpaper). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
ThemeBox is developed and published by Infinity Store on Google Play. For any privacy question, contact us at infinity.store.mobile@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
ThemeBox does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number or email address in order to use the App. We collect only the limited data needed to run, improve and monetize the App:

We do not collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or the content of your personal files. If you choose a picture for a Photo widget, that image is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
3. How we use information
- To provide core features: downloading and applying wallpapers, icon packs, widgets and themes.
- To show advertising that keeps the App free, and to measure ad performance.
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
- To understand usage, diagnose crashes and improve the App.
- To respond to your support and data requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse or fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-party services
The App uses trusted third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob – advertising. Google Privacy Policy
- Meta Audience Network – advertising. Meta Privacy Policy
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) – analytics and crash reporting. Firebase Privacy
- Google Play Billing – in-app purchase processing. We never receive your card or payment details.
Data shared with these partners is limited to device identifiers and app performance/interaction data, as declared in the App's Data Safety section on Google Play.
5. App permissions
- Internet & network state – to load wallpapers, icons and themes, and to display ads.
- Set wallpaper – to apply the wallpaper you select to your home or lock screen.
- Photos / media (only when you choose) – to save wallpapers to your gallery or pick an image for a Photo widget. Access is requested at the moment it is needed and can be revoked at any time in Android Settings.
- Notifications (optional) – to let you know about new themes and content. You can turn this off anytime.
6. Advertising & your choices
Ads may be personalized based on your Advertising ID. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through a consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can:
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads).
- Opt out of personalized ads in the same Android settings menu.
- Change your consent choices from the privacy option inside the App, where available.
7. Data retention & deletion
Analytics and diagnostic data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and are then deleted or anonymized according to our service providers' retention settings. Preferences stored on your device are removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, and connections to our content servers use HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may request to know and delete personal information and will not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. To exercise any right, email infinity.store.mobile@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Children's privacy
ThemeBox is rated for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
