These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThemeBox: Icons & Wallpapers (the "App") provided by Infinity Store ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Content & intellectual property
- The App, its design, code, logo, and the curated wallpapers, icon packs, widgets and themes ("Content") are owned by Infinity Store or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
- You may use the Content to personalize your own device. You may not resell, redistribute, publish in other apps or websites, or use the Content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Some Content may be provided by third-party artists or sources and remains the property of its respective owners.
If you believe any Content infringes your rights, email infinity.store.mobile@gmail.com with details of the work, the location in the App, and your contact information. We will review and remove infringing material promptly.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except as allowed by law.
- Scrape, bulk-download or extract Content by automated means.
- Remove copyright notices or circumvent any security, ads or purchase mechanism.
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers or networks.
4. In-app purchases
The App may offer optional paid content or features. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms and refund policy. Prices are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. You can restore eligible purchases using the same Google account.
5. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and products they link to.
6. Device compatibility
The appearance of icons, widgets and wallpapers may vary depending on your device, Android version and launcher. Some features may not be available on every device.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that all Content will remain available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or device functionality arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of your data, see Delete Account & Data.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
